What is HNO MANOR’s return policy?

We value our customers and strive to provide the best quality products. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience with us:
Non-Tracksuit Items
Shirts and dresses are eligible for returns and full refunds if they are received in their original, unworn, and unused condition.
Jewelry
Jewelry items are final sale. In the rare event that you receive a faulty piece, we do not offer refunds but will gladly provide a replacement or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue.
Tracksuits
All tracksuits are custom handmade to your specifications. Once production begins, refunds are not available.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. After this window, refunds can no longer be processed due to the custom nature of the item.
Pre-order tracksuits are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If there is an issue with your pre-order tracksuit, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement.

Swimwear
All swimwear is final sale. Due to the close contact nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Handbags & Heels
All handbags & heels are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for handbags or heels.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Sizing Issues
Please ensure all measurements and sizing selections are accurate before placing your order. Refunds are not available for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or size selection. In certain cases, we may offer an exchange or replacement at our discretion.
