What Is Your Return Policy?

Non-Tracksuit Items
Shirts, dresses, and similar pieces may be returned for a full refund as long as they are in original, unused condition with tags.

Jewelry
Jewelry is final sale. However, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Tracksuits
Because our tracksuits are handmade to order, they are non-refundable once production begins.
You may request a cancellation within 24–42 hours of ordering if we haven’t started crafting your piece.
Pre-order tracksuits are also final sale - but if an issue arises, we’ll replace your item with a new one. We get it, things happen - email us and we’ll always listen to your needs.

Sizing Issues
Please double-check your measurements when ordering. We cannot offer refunds due to incorrect sizing, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or remake on a case-by-case basis.

How Is HNO MANOR Staying COVID-Friendly?

Our team follows strict safety protocols:
• Wearing gloves and masks
• Disinfecting packaging areas regularly
• Sanitizing each parcel with care
Most of our team works remotely and all shipments are packed in clean, safe conditions.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover - basically all major credit/debit cards available through Shopify’s secure checkout. Shop Pay also offers installment payments for eligible customers.

How Do Preorders Work at HNO Manor?

When you preorder, you’re securing your piece before it’s made - once the preorder window closes, production begins. It can take 2–5 weeks for your preorder to be made and shipped, depending on the design and order volume. Your preorder is paid in full upfront to lock in your item.

What Is a Monthly Exclusive?

Our Monthly Exclusive drops are limited-edition pieces that will never be restocked once they sell out. Think of them as collector’s items - designed to make every Manor Girl feel like she owns something rare.

How Do I Use a Discount Code?

On the checkout page, you’ll see a Discount code box - simply enter your code there and click "Apply" before you finish checkout. One code per order, and it must be used during checkout.

Are Your Tracksuits Ready to Ship, Preorder, or Made-to-Order?

We offer all three:

  • Ready To Ship
    - In stock and ships out quickly (found in our Ready to Ship category).
  • Pre-Order
    - Paid upfront, made after the preorder closes, and takes 2–5 weeks to ship. These have a Preorder button on the product page.
  • Made To Order
    - Created just for you after purchase and ships in 7–15 business days. Check each description for details before ordering.

Where Is My Order?

All items are handmade with care. Estimated production time is typically 7–15 business days, which will be noted on the product page for our tracksuits. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For delays, please check with the carrier first. While we are not liable for shipping delays, we’re always here to help you investigate.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Yes - for made-to-order items, you have 2-3 business days to update your shipping address. For ready-to-ship or sale items, changes may not be possible due to our fast processing time. Please email us immediately at info@hnomanor.com if needed.

My Package Says “Delivered” But It’s Missing

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your parcel, please contact your local carrier or post office. You will need to open a claim through them if they confirm the package is lost or delivered to a wrong address. HNO MANOR is not responsible for lost packages after delivery, but we’ll assist you however we can. Email us and we’ll help you locate it.

Do I Need to Sign for My Parcel?

Yes - for most deliveries, a signature is required. If no one is home, your courier will leave a note with redelivery or pickup instructions. After 3 failed attempts, your package may be returned to HNO Manor.

Can I Use a P.O. Box for Express Shipping?

Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address or select a standard shipping method. If a P.O. Box is entered, we’ll email you to update the address before shipping.

Why Did My Order Ship in Multiple Packages?

Depending on what you ordered, your items may ship from different locations. Our handmade tracksuits sometimes ship directly from our overseas production warehouse, while Ready-to-Ship items are sent from our U.S. warehouse. This ensures you get each piece as quickly as possible.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes - we love spoiling our Manor Girls. Most of the time, we offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $100+ before tax and after discounts. Keep an eye on our homepage for current free shipping promos.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes - we ship worldwide. Orders may ship from our U.S. location or our overseas warehouse depending on stock and product type. Please note: HNO Manor is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees charged by your country - these are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from our shipping rates.

Sizing & Fit

What if my jacket and bottom sizes are different?

No worries! Just leave a note on the product listing with both sizes. We’ll adjust your order to match your fit. For example, you choose size L. In the note you would put, "Size M jacket, keep bottoms L".

Can I request a full-length jacket?

Absolutely. Most listings now offer a full-length option. If not, just write “Full-length jacket please” in the notes.

How do I know what inseam to get?

Check our size chart page, we have it all listed for you per height!

Can I remove the pockets or change the design?

While we can’t change embroidery or prints, you can request no heart pockets by leaving a note at checkout.

What if I don’t see my size listed?

You can request a custom size. Just provide your height, waist, hips, and chest measurements (in inches) in the notes at checkout.

How Do I Find My Perfect Size?

Every product has a size chart linked in its description - compare your measurements to the chart for the most accurate fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do You Offer Custom Sizing?

Absolutely - your fit comes first at HNO Manor. We offer inclusive sizing from XXS to 5XL, plus custom measurements for our custom tracksuits so your set fits exactly how you want it. Whether it’s a specific bust, waist, inseam, longer sleeves, or a shorter skirt, we’ve got you covered in full glam comfort.

How to Request Custom Sizing:

Simply leave your measurements or special fit notes (e.g., “full-length jacket,” “no heart pockets,” custom inseam) in the product listing notes before placing your order. If you skip this, we’ll make your set to our standard size chart.

How Do I Find My Perfect Size?

Every product listing includes our HNO Manor Size Chart (XXS–5XL) so you can match your measurements for the perfect fit. The chart follows standard U.S. women’s sizing - for example, our M fits a U.S. size 8–10, XL fits a U.S. size 14–16, and 3XL fits a U.S. size 20–22.

We recommend measuring yourself before ordering:


  • - Measure across the fullest part while wearing a fitted top or bra.

  • - Find your natural waistline, just above the belly button.

  • - Measure around the widest part of your hips and bum.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort. And if you want a fully custom fit (e.g., longer sleeves, shorter skirt, exact inseam), check out our Customization Page to make it truly yours.

What If My Item Doesn’t Fit?

All sizing is listed on our HNO Manor Size Chart, so please check before ordering. That said - if your piece arrives and isn’t the fit you expected, email us within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange depending on stock and style. (Exchanges are not guaranteed, especially on Monthly Exclusives.)

How Do I Care for My Tracksuits?

Velour & Embroidered/Rhinestone Tracksuits: Hand wash cold, inside out, and air dry only. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and heat to protect the glam details.

Printed Tracksuits: Can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Air dry - do not tumble dry.

General Tip: Avoid rough surfaces, heavy friction, and high heat to keep embroidery, heart pockets, and rhinestones in perfect condition.

How Do I Care for My HNO Manor Jewelry?

Every HNO Manor jewelry piece is crafted with premium brass and coated in thick, non-tarnish PVD platinum plating - stronger than stainless steel or traditional plating - for a shine that lasts through it all. They’re water-resistant, sweat-proof, and built to stay flawless: no rust, no fading, and no green necks.

To keep your glam lasting even longer:

  • Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain brilliance.
  • Don’t twist, tug, or overstretch chains.

Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

To Our Valued Manor Girls,
We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. There’s no need to file a chargeback: just email us and we’ll find a solution. 

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, your account will be blocked from future orders to protect our team.
We keep records by name, address, and card info for fraud prevention.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we’ll always work to make it right.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

We stand behind every piece we send out. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Do You Share My Information With Anyone?

Never. Your personal and payment information is encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required to process and ship your order. Your privacy is as protected as your glam.
