What Is Your Return Policy?

We strive to provide the highest quality pieces for you! To ensure a smooth experience with the Manor, please review our return guidelines below:

Returns & Eligibility

  • Eligible Items: Clothing items (such as shirts, dresses, and tracksuits) are eligible for return and a full refund.
  • Condition: All returns must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags attached. Items returned worn or without tags will not be accepted.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are strictly Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Swimwear: Non-returnable due to the close contact nature of the garment.
  • Jewelry: Final sale. Faulty pieces will be eligible for replacement or exchange only.
  • Handbags & Heels: Final sale. We do not accept returns on these items.

Damaged or Defective Goods

In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, please contact the Manor at info@hnomanor.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.

Sizing & Exchanges

Please ensure all sizing selections are accurate before finalizing your order. While we do not issue refunds for sizing errors, we may offer an exchange for a different size if our current inventory allows.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

At the Manor, we prioritize a seamless and secure checkout experience. We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For a faster checkout and order tracking, we also accept Shop Pay. For eligible customers looking to invest in their Manor pieces now and pay over time, Shop Pay Installments are available at checkout. All transactions are processed through our secure, encrypted checkout to ensure your financial data is always protected at the Manor.

How Do Preorders Work at HNO Manor?

When you preorder, you’re securing your piece before it’s made. Once the preorder window closes, production begins. It can take 4–8 weeks for your preorder to be made and shipped, depending on the design and order volume. Your preorder is paid in full upfront to lock in your item.

How Do I Use a Discount Code?

On the checkout page, you’ll see a Discount code box, simply enter your code there and click "Apply" before you finish checkout. One code per order, and it must be used during checkout.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Because we focus on fast fulfillment for our Manor Girls, we begin processing orders almost immediately. You have a window of 1 to 24 hours to request a change to your shipping address; however, at the Manor, we ship quickly, so changes may not always be possible once an order enters processing. If you need to update your details, please email us immediately at info@hnomanor.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes to the items or the destination. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.

My Package Says “Delivered” But It’s Missing

At the Manor, we understand how frustrating it is to expect a delivery that doesn't appear. We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours, as shipping carriers occasionally update tracking statuses early or mark a parcel as delivered when it is still in the final stages of transit. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact your local carrier or post office immediately to verify the delivery coordinates. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or was delivered to the wrong address, you will need to open a formal claim directly through them to receive compensation. At the Manor, we are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered or for items lost by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you by providing any necessary order details to help you locate your parcel. Please reach out to us at info@hnomanor.com if you need assistance with your claim.

Do I Need to Sign for My Parcel?

Yes, for most deliveries, a signature is required. If no one is home, your courier will leave a note with redelivery or pickup instructions. After 3 failed attempts, your package may be returned to HNO Manor.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders may ship from our U.S. location or our overseas warehouse depending on stock and product type. Please note: HNO Manor is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import fees charged by your country, these are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from our shipping rates.

How Do I Care for My Tracksuits?

Hi Manor Girl,

Velour & Embroidered/Rhinestone Tracksuits: Hand wash cold, inside out, and air dry only. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and heat to protect the glam details.

Printed Tracksuits: Can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Air dry - do not tumble dry.

General Tip: Avoid rough surfaces, heavy friction, and high heat to keep embroidery, heart pockets, and rhinestones in perfect condition.

How Do I Care for My HNO Manor Jewelry?

At the Manor, every jewelry piece is expertly crafted with a premium brass base and finished with a durable, non-tarnish PVD platinum plating. This specialized coating is engineered to be more resilient than stainless steel or traditional plating methods, ensuring a lasting that withstands daily wear. Our collection is designed to be water-resistant and sweat-proof, maintaining a flawless finish without the risk of oxidation, fading, or skin discoloration.

To ensure your Manor pieces remain radiant for years to come, we recommend following these care guidelines:

At the Manor, we suggest storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use to preserve its luster. While our pieces are built for durability, you should avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals. We recommend gently wiping your jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear to maintain its shine. Please handle your pieces with care and avoid twisting, tugging, or overstretching chains to protect the integrity of the design.

Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

To Our Valued Manor Girls,
We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly. There’s no need to file a chargeback: just email us and we’ll find a solution. 

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, your account will be blocked from future orders to protect our team.
We keep records by name, address, and card info for fraud prevention.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we’ll always work to make it right.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

We stand behind every piece we send out. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Do You Share My Information With Anyone?

Never. Your personal and payment information is encrypted and processed through our secure checkout. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required to process and ship your order. Your privacy is as protected as your glam.
